Steps:

• Bookmark the following bookmarklet: GB Export
• Visit your normal Google Bookmarks page.
• Click on the bookmarklet, and a new window will reveal itself with your bookmarks in a format that can be imported into your browser. If you're feeling adventuresome, you can import the data, tags and all, right back (eg. you accidentally nuke your bookmarks in Google with my ridiculous deleter) with the "delicious" to Google Bookmarks bookmarklet.
